Vision Board Workshop

Join Melissa Tuff, RScP & Katherine Callahan for a Vision Board Workshop!
At this workshop we will guide you through intention setting and the vision board creation process while encouraging and supporting each other's desired manifestations.
We will begin with a brief intention setting meditation, followed by a fun and energy lifting activity and then concluding with us working on our individual boards. Having a vision "accountabilibuddy" is encouraged so don't be shy! Consider pairing up with another participant for regular check-ins and support of your individual visions throughout the year!
Foam board, magazines from which to gather images, adhesive, and some embellishments will be supplied. Participants are encouraged to bring any additional supplies (specific images that may not be found in magazines, embellishments, etc.) they may want to use in the creation of their board.
Light refreshments will be provided but feel free to bring your own snacks or bag lunch.
