Mindful Moments Meditation

Thursdays from 6-7pm | Join Karen Gidley, RScP every Thursday evening on Zoom for a mindful moment! Each meeting will include 10-15 minutes of reading from a spiritual text, 20-30 minutes of guided meditation and closing with a spiritual discussion about our individual experiences during the session. Whether you need to relax from a stressful start to the week or ramp up your energy to make it over the midweek hump, this is the group for you! Total meeting time is 1 hour and a $5 per week love donation would be appreciated.
